Just like exercising regularly or going to the doctor for an annual checkup, prioritizing your mental wellness supports your overall health. Spring Health gives you the tools to help you feel your best.

At no cost, you can use Spring Health for:

  • Therapy. Book sessions with trusted providers at times that fit your schedule. Costs for the first 6 sessions are fully covered by Samsara.

  • Coaching. Receive tips for managing stress, increasing focus, and more.

  • In-app wellness exercises. Support your mental fitness on-the-go, with exercises in meditation, better sleep, and more.

  • Personalized recommendations. Assessments to identify the right care for your needs, learn more about yourself, and track your progress

  • Dedicated support. Receive guidance along your journey from your personal Care Navigator.

  • Medication. Speak with psychiatrists to manage medications, when appropriate.

Talkspace online therapy

Talkspace is an online therapy platform that makes it easy and convenient to connect with a licensed behavioral therapist — from just about anywhere, at any time. Send text messages to your therapist via web browser or the Talkspace mobile app. Your therapist will respond daily, five days per week.

Through the Resources for Living EAP, Talkspace is available to Samsara employees and dependents age 18 and older in the United States. You have 90 days from the date you sign up to use your sessions (120 days if you live in California). You can continue to access Talkspace services after you've completed your EAP (or pre-paid) sessions. Simply email RFL-support@talkspace.com for information about how to continue receiving services and to see if a discount is available.

Resources for Living Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Through Samsara you have access to Aetna Resources For Living, an employer sponsored program, available at no cost to you and all members of your household. That includes dependent children up to age 26, whether or not they live at home. Services are confidential and are available 24/7.

You can access up to 6 counseling sessions per issue, per year, as well as 24/7 in-the-moment emotional wellbeing support. Counseling sessions are available either face-to-face or virtually. Get help with a variety of needs such as emotional support, daily living, legal services, and financial services.

Aetna AbleTo

Aetna has teamed with AbleTo, a leading behavioral health provider. They’re available for when emotional issues arise and make things worse. This eight-week program offers you emotional support after a medical diagnosis or life transition — for example, becoming a caregiver or giving birth. It combines counseling and coaching to help you:

  • Work through the normal emotions you’re having

  • Understand and stick with a treatment plan

  • Know the types of changes you need to make

Teladoc

Teladoc provides treatment for the whole person, body and mind. Speak with a licensed counselor, therapist or psychiatrist by secure video visits seven days a week.

You can choose the licensed psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor or social worker you want to work with.
